Heavyweights Classic Bodybuilding and Figure Championships

On Saturday, Nov.25th I attended the HWC Bodybuilding show here in St. John’s.  I was excited to get a call from Fraser, the coordinator of the event, because I used to follow bodybuilding quite seriously and actually competed in a similar event in my teens.  At this years show, the special guest poser was the current Mr.Olympia, Jay Cutler! http://www.jaycutler.com/ The crowd loved him!  All of the competitors looked fantastic, and put off a really great show.  The Men’s Overall Champion and recipient of the HWC Championship “Conan” Sword was Mike Newhook.  Congratulations!

Elle & Eva

I had a photo session this past week with identical twin sisters Elle & Eva.  What a pair!  I can’t tell one from the other.. and both are cute as a button.

The Society of Child Portrait Specialists

The Society of Child Portrait Specialists was started by a group of professional photographers to promote the Art of Child Photography.  To become a member I had to submit a portfolio of my child portraits as well as meet with their high standards.  I am proud to be one of the two members from Canada.  Their website was recently updated and looks great, check it out -

Jaxson

I recently did pictures with Jaxson… what a sweet little man.  The collage I did for him is a new size – 10×20.  I have some other print sizes available which are not presently listed on my web site (I will be updating the entire site very soon).

First Snowfall & Moon

& I happened to catch this moonrise from the Fairmont Hotel Courtyard while covering an event there..
