Fiona and Darren had an intimate wedding ceremony at the Waterford Manor. I had a wonderful time spending the day with such a wonderful group of people, and I wish you much happiness in the future. To 2010 and beyond!!!

Ok, I know.. it’s Christmas, and I am still posting weddings from September. Thankfully, my clients have all seen their pictures long before now, I am just trying to catch up on the blogging. I don’t want to skip any.. I think that all of my wonderful wedding couples deserve to be featured here. Case in point – Jennifer and Curtis. These two got married on a beautifully rainy day in Flatrock, NL. I really enjoyed spending time with you guys! Congratulations and all the best!!

In the Roman Catholic tradition, if it’s raining on your wedding day, hanging a rosary outside on the clothesline will ensure that the downpour stops in time for the big event. Didn’t work in this case, but we still had a great day!!

While exploring the town of Flatrock, we came upon this house that was demolished and literally on fire.. (as in there were flames shooting up from the exposed basement!) At first we thought we should call the fire dept, but instead we decided to get in there and take some photos!

You might remember Allana and Corey from their Engagement session HERE. I knew that photographing them on their wedding day would be fun and easy, and I was right! These two are so relaxed and comfortable with each other.. and so full of love and joy. They were married at the Roman Catholic Church of St. Peter and St. Paul in Bay Bulls. I just love the vibe out there.. the small town feel, where everyone knows everyone. Thanks for inviting me to be a part of your wedding day.. you guys are the best!!

I had such a great time with Sarah and Rob! Sarah was a stunning bride, and Rob is one hilarious dude. He and his groomsmen had me cracking up the whole day! Sarah and Rob have so much chemistry between them, and are obviously very much in love. It was a pleasure for me to capture that in these images. Enjoy!

Rob trying to see how many grapes he can fit in his mouth at one time..

Again with the grapes!!

And now to get back on track. (I will probably never really be “on track” or caught up, but I can always try!)
Shelly and Gerald are a fantastic couple. Everything about their wedding day was heartfelt, emotional, and super sentimental. They are obviously so much in love, and so perfect for each other. It was a joy to witness, and a pleasure to photograph. Thank you both for inviting me to be a part of your wedding day. Congratulations to you both!
