Janette & Nazri – August 29, 2009

I had a wonderful time photographing Janette and Nazri’s wedding.  They were both so full of  joy and excitement.. it’s contagious! I had photographed Nazri’s sister Zarinah’s wedding earlier this summer, so it was really great to see their family again.  We had such a beautiful day to spend some time outdoors, by the water.. I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you both so much for inviting me to document such a beautiful time in your lives. I wish you much happiness!

Shannon and Mark – August 28, 2009

I never thought I’d be saying this, but Trepassey was frickin’ awesome!!  Shannon and Mark were the raddest couple ever, so that didn’t hurt either!

Erin & Scott – August 22, 2009

My sister Cassidy came to visit this summer, and was here for the weekend of Erin and Scott’s wedding.  She came along with me for part of the day to check out what I do and see how I shoot.  It was great to have her along, and I know she really enjoyed it as well!  Erin and Scott were so relaxed and happy the entire day (which is always a good way to start your marriage!).  We had a great time with you guys.  Thanks for proving to my sister how awesome my job really is!  Congratulations Erin and Scott!!

If you look closely, and you know the guy, you will see Mark Janes. He is at EVERY wedding I shoot! No joke.

Krista & Matthew – August 21, 2009

Krista and Matthew are SO awesome.  How awesome are they??  When they first saw that their pictures were on my proofing site, Matthew said “Wow!  I look really good in that picture!” and that was just the thumbnail!!!  ;)  You guys were hilarious, and so much fun to photograph.  You both look great in ALL of them!

Shelly & Michael – August 15, 2009

Shelly and Michael were determined to have me as their wedding photographer.  They are both Newfoundlanders, but did all of their wedding planning from their current home in Alberta.  I actually do quite a lot of weddings of Newfoundlanders living abroad..  Seems like they all come home to get married.  I’m sure the population of Newfoundland must double or triple during peak wedding season!!  Congratulations to you Shelly and Michael.  It was a pleasure working with you both.

NG Fall Photography Workshops

I just completed teaching a series of workshops.. both Photography Basics and Advanced Photography.  I would like to thank everyone for coming, and for making both workshops a great success!  Again, Katie was a fantastic model!  I look forward to seeing some of your images from the class.. in the meantime, here are some of my favourites from the Advanced shoot!
